A little about us.

Welcome to Middleton Turner Lawyers. We are a small but vibrant team and we work together to achieve your best outcome. We don’t round up our work to 6-minute-units like most law firms. You only get charged for the actual time we spend working on your file.

We have years of experience in the industry and we are passionate about what we do. We don’t advocate just to make money and so we won’t encourage you to go to Court, unless all other avenues have been exhausted.

Our firm was established by Dixie Ann Middleton in 1992. Our current Principal Emma Turner joined the team in 2006 and worked with Dixie for many years before taking over the reigns as Principal in 2015. Emma continues to use the skills she learned from Dixie to achieve great results for clients.

What is family law?

When people think about a marriage breakdown, they commonly lump all issues under divorce. However, a divorce only relates to the “legal termination” of a marriage. It is an important step, but it does not resolve property or parenting matters. Family law covers all of those topics – how to divide your assets, who has the children and when, child support arrangements, as well as the divorce.

Every family is different. Every family law matter is different. Contact us today to discuss how we can help you.
